I hereby intend to be legally bound for myself, my heirs and executors, and waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I might have against Barbara Jozwiak, LLC and/or Barbara Jozwiak for any injuries and losses as a result of any diet, supplementation or training advice I may receive. Further, I understand that Barbara Jozwiak is providing general non medical nutrition guidance and that the meal plan provided is not intended to treat, prevent or cure any known or unknown medical conditions.

Retainers and Payment
All payments are taken via submission unless otherwise specified. No sessions are completed or documents and advice is given until subscriptions are completed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All subscriptions are a minimum of 90 days. After 90 days you are free to cancel your subscription without further repercussions or fees.
Cancellations and Refunds
All subscriptions are a minimum of 90 days. If a client choses to cancel within the 90 day minimum a fee of the remaining balance plus 30% will be applied to your account. A minimum of 15 days notice is required to cancel your payments to www.barbarajozwiak.com
There are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers.
Training Session Times
All training session times and duration are communicated upon booking. If you are late to your session you will be able to complete the remaining session time only. No additional time will be given.
